BOOK:TENGO MIEDO TORERO

Hello everyone, today i’m going to talk about one of my favorites books which one i completely recommend. Its name is Tengo miedo torero, is a book from Pedro Lemebel, a chilean autor, an activist for sexual dissidence. The main character of this book is La loca del frente, who helps a group of guys from the Frente Patriotico Manuel Rodriguez, that is inmerse in a political complot to Pinochet. Also the novel shows a kind of a love story between la loca del frente and another character (no spoilers). I recommend this book because there is many interesting topics, like love, poverty, sexual and political ressistance, humor, grief, etc. Apart of all that, Pedro Lemebel writes in a very entertaining and poetical way, he can describe a funny situation in a very beautiful form, he in all of his books narrates cotidian situations that reflects the poverty, racism, violence of the people in Latin america. I read this book when i was in the school and i loved it so much that since then i really admired Pedro Lemebel. This book shows a lot of sad situations that happens everyday and Lemebel rescue an important political view from this situations.
